Platic Buckets

Compared to traditional metal buckets, plastic bucket is light, smooth, tough and flexible, wear resistant, impact resistant, self-lubricated, and non-toxic. Plastic buckets absorb the advantages of bucket both home and abroad in designing with improvement in strucutre, life span and loading capacity.

APPLICATION
1.HDPE Bucket Suitable for grains, seeds, feed, fertilizer, food, chemicals, sand, salt and other freely flow solid materials. Working temperature:     -48℃-82℃
Remark: HDPE Bucket is not suitable for following working conditions:
     (a) Sharp edged and rough surface materials such as crushed glass or oyster shells.
     (b) Large dense materials such as gravel and ores over 3/6” diameter.
     (c) Some extremely abrasive and sluggish materials such as dried whey, some pellets and extruded feeds.
     (d) some severe soybean and rice.

2.Nylon Bucket Comparatively suitable for dense material with high temperature, high impact, rough surface. Working temperature: -15℃-120℃
Remark: Nylon Bucket is not suitable for following working condition:
     (a) Large dense material such as gravel and ore over 3/6” diameter.
     (b) Some sharp sluggish materials such as large glass cullet or oyster shells. Polyurethane Bucket. Suitable for dense materials with very rough     surface., partularty for high wear usage. Working temperature: -15℃-82℃
Remark: PU Bucket is not suitable for following working condition:
     (a) large dense materials such as gravel and ores over 3/6” diameter.
     (b) Some sharp sluggish materials such as large glass cullet.
Feature: Innovative design, clean discharge, reduce back legging, less material damage None sparking occurred while processing to avoid dust explosion.     High strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, smooth surface, good hygiene standards. Less stress on the elevator belt and energy     consumption of the elevator.

    Standard Color: white, other color available upon request. Standard drilling: No charge. Special drilling: Any pattern and hole diameter can be provided at     minimal cost.
Capacity: Net or usable capacity could range from 10% to 20% above water level, water level(Z-Y) + 10% usable capacity is recommended for engineering     purposes. Bucket mounting distance: recommend nominal projection B+25mm.
