The continuous screw conveyor is a simple and cost-effective solution for efficiently transporting large quantities of materials in various sectors such as agriculture, food, chemical, and mining, among others.

According to the thickness of the screw, we can distinguish between standard, medium-duty, and heavy-duty series, with thickness ranging between 3 and 18 mm. It is manufactured in carbon steel and is also offered in stainless steel AISI 304 and 316. The screw can be manufactured in right-hand or left-hand orientation, and it can be supplied with or without a tube, according to the specific needs of the customer.

In special applications, we offer customized screws, manufactured from cold-stamped loose spirals. This allows us to achieve larger diameters and thicknesses, as well as design technical screws with conicity and progressive steps. Additionally, we can use raw materials with higher resistance to abrasion or chemical attacks, according to customer requirements.

We offer different types of special screws, such as loose spirals, plate screws, and technical screws with diameters up to 3500 mm, thicknesses up to 50 mm, and designs with progressive and conical steps. These screws can be manufactured in carbon steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant materials, among others, to adapt to the specific needs of each application.
